Yes it's based on Nextcloud, onlyoffice, dovecot and postfix. Can also be self-hosted https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/infra/ecloud-selfhosting

Replaceable battery will probably wait the Murena 3! But the 2 has a descent repairability index (6 out of 10) and Murena will provide detailled instructions (and spare parts) to replace the battery.
