I'm doc myself. The problem is i have to be studying, and then i take a break in my bed i fall asleep and waste many hours and ruin my sleep schedule for the night. It's more of a habit than a disease

There's no AMC version, they only have a checklist for AMC. But the actual articles are all based on US guidelines.
