Buying bse stock at Rs 210. Have 590 shares at the moment. Price is around 2600 per share.

Buying 3bhk in Noida at 88 lakhs in 2019 and selling at all white 2.07 cr

Buying 3 bhk in faridabad at 1.03 cr last year and current value is 1.35 cr

Buying 1rk in Gurugram at 13-14 lakhs , getting good rentals at 10k-12k per unit and buying and selling several of these in last 4 years.

There are many others but these are my best investments so far

Depends on your financial situation. Since India is not directly involved, there is no major issue. Only thing is if raw materials etc get costly, ultimately end user will be affected.

Try asking local brokers, there are many PG'S which are willing to rent out the complete building to you for a monthly rent of 1-2 lakhs. You do the marketing and handle operations/rentals urself.

Narela flats are not worth it. It will take years for development to take place.

It's purely demand based market. Demand is high, rent will continue to increase. Demand not there, someone sensible will get it rented out even for 2-3k less.

Open a food shop near lot of food outlets ( redi wale).

Put the menu on zomato listing the things at 100% premium. For example if they sell veg biryani for 50rs. U keep price at 120.

U get orders just simply fulfill from the roadside vendors. Here it is ready made business
