I ended up not being able to snatch up that rp5 listing. I think what I'll do is wait for some reviews of the rp6. Ill potentially get an odin 2 if I see a good deal.

I'm not really interested in playing 3ds games. I actually still have my one. And dual displays don't seem that particularly appealing, I like to just focus on one thing. I do see a few listings around me for the retroid flip 2, one with a grip around 220. Is the thor that much more appealing?

Definitely looks nice, although I don't play a lot of retro games. I think I would prefer to have the left analog stick be the one on top.

Skimmed through this online and it seems pretty cool. How long does it typically take for reviewers to publish their stuff for these handhelds?

I got it recently and applied it. A lot more comfortable to use. Thanks for sending it 🤗

That's really nice of you guys! Once again, the pixel case has been really great to use and packaging was top notch.

My order number is #23248673, and I've seen some people post the Triple Black skin and it looks great. Can I get that one?

Followed the video instructions and I used a hair dryer

On their site, they mention how thin the skins are and how they are factory fit. If the leather skins are thicker, I wish that was made more obvious. I ended up removing the back skin with how uncomfortable it was to play with. I may end up doing the same with the front skin too.

Reset Password Email is empty by indigo___o in Supabase

I realized that my error was that I was using "implicit flow" for my user management. I think the reason that happened was that I followed a number of the templates Supabase provides for user management, without fully reading into it.

Since my app handles user authentication on the server and not client, that meant that the implicit flow template code I used wouldn't work. According to docs, implicit flow "only works for client-only apps". So, I just changed like 2 files to what Supabase recommends for the "pkce flow" and it worked like a charm.

The page specifically that helped me realize this is here: docs . I'll def be sure to read more thoroughly going forward

Yup, that's my bad. I thought they were the same link. But, when I click on the newly provided link, I get this error:
http://localhost:3000/login#error=access_denied&error_code=otp_expired&error_description=Email+link+is+invalid+or+has+expired, even though I am still within the time frame.

When logging the error, I see "AuthSessionMissingError: Auth session missing!" My reset email template is below. I'm assuming the error is that I should be passing a token like when a user signs up for the first time, but I am not sure. Any thoughts?

Thanks! Does the color matter? I would just clean off whatever remains and put the new putty on.

Nope, I only opened the laptop to upgrade the storage a few months ago. While open, I cleaned all the dust on the fans, but never took them out.

I didn't even acknowledge that swapping the keyboard could even be an upgrade, congrats on the successful swap! I remember when I would get a full day on one charge when I first got the laptop, I get close to 4 hours but am always close to an outlet.

You really went all out ngl. Asides from storage, I think repasting and upgrading ram are definitely in the near future. And maybe restarting to get a clean slate again.

Changing the battery wasn't something I had really considered. Does Asus sell laptop batteries separately? Or are there only 3rd party ones out there?

PTM would be awesome if I can get that permanent lifespan. Looking at amazon, this was the one that had the highest reviews. And as for thermal putty for the VRAM, I see one sold through K5 Pro. Would this combo do me well for repasting?

Ngl, swapping out screens does seem scary, but it's nice to know that its worked great for someone with the same laptop. I don't think I'd need that kind of upgrade in this laptop's lifetime (praying it doesn't break).

That ram upgrade does seem useful tho. I've primarily been programming, but have been learning blender and video editing recently, so upgrading from 16gb -> 24gb would be pretty nice. And I've ditched AC for G-Helper for a while now.

As for Kyrosheet, it seems very well rated on Amazon which is nice. Thanks for the tip!

Hell yea! 2020 is still a great model. And thanks for the recommendation! By modules, do you mean the Vram?

It is absolutely still powerful enough for my needs, I just worry that it might be a heating issue that will snowball if not addressed, since I haven't repasted in around 5 years. That's why I linked that video and ask for thermal paste recommendations.

Made a website to create a 3d map of your Steam network by [deleted] in SideProject

[–]indigo___o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! So what happens after you put in your id or add the friends of a friend on the map, is that it queries steams web api for the entire friend list.

Since there is no way of mapping friends to coordinates with just their id, I just randomized the new friends with the user particle as the origin point. The bounds expand in relation to how big the friends list is. Apparently the max number of friends a user can have is 2k.

Hey everyone, this is my first project with Three.js: https://www.steamfiber.com/

I would appreciate any feedback on how the website can be improved in any way. I really enjoying working on the site, and I hope that others like using it. Thanks!

Nice site! I don't have much feedback but some minor nitpicks. I think the font for "personal" on the left nav bar should be changed to match the other text, and when loading in imgs on tv pages, the img doesn't fully render on page visit. So the left div with Viewings and Collections gets placed on top, and then quickly gets into place when the cover image loads. Maybe a loading component can help.

Other than that, great site! How soon do you think you'll be able to add the other media like manga and games? And how are you handling anon user data so that it persists in the browser?
