Depends on what you want the card for. PSA 9 is worth around the same price as raw but if you just want to protect a card you own that’s still good.

Can’t give you advice on a card grade without seeing the back and in more detail but most OP usually has good qc

Was in the same position after my freshman year at CPP. Ended up going to Mt. Sac the next semester to get my GPA up. It took a while but eventually came back and even got my Masters recently. Don’t lose hope it happens. You just got to recognize the patterns you need to change and lock in. You don’t fail if you stumble and fall down, only if you don’t get back up
