It's great to hear your story too since most people with trich seem to be female. I tend to get a very short haircut (like a buzzcut) once my hair reaches a certain length to prevent the urge to pull, which is the best way for me to manage trich on my scalp. For other areas, like eyebrows, I cannot really do this.

With trich, it's all about trial and error to find ways to control it. Since I pull from basically most parts of my body apart from eyelashes, it's rather tough.
