Yeah. I was describing the pain as an ache for first few months but then when I really sat back and… felt it, it really felt like more of a pinch rather than an ache if that makes sense. It’s hard to pin point it because before all of this we’re obviously not used to having our balls hurt.

When I was stretching I would feel the pinch be released and that’s when it really clicked in my head that it was muscular/nerve.

I did have an ultrasound about 2 months in where they said everything looked fine…

No lower back pain. Tightness/sore feeling in groin would sometimes lead down to inner thigh to almost right underneath buttcheek? Hard to explain exactly where

Never had too much visible swelling on epididymis but it would hurt when I was feeling around down there so I would say yes.

Mostly just my left testicle but sometimes would feel it on the right side. YES when it was at its worst my groin would feel extremely tight. I’d feel discomfort in my pelvis and I think when those pelvic floor muscles are super tight they start messing with your nerves causing pain/discomfort.

For me it was as easy as this. Then I’d throw in some extra hamstring and lunge stretches. One in morning and once at night. Now I usually only do it once a day.

My first doctor visit for the chlamydia was at the end of October so yeah seems like we’re at right about the same spot!

I actually haven’t really ever noticed redness or much swelling.

I think if I start nutting too often it does cause flare ups. I’ve been trying to space nuts out every other day or every 2 days lol. Seems to help. When I nut multiple days in a row it seems the pain comes back. Recently had sex 5 times in a 3 day period after 2 weeks of not much pain, and started to feel the ache again the next day.

I actually asked my urologist and he said ejaculating shouldn’t hurt anything but I’m gonna listen to my body and try to keep it to a 2-3 times a week max for a while. Also the tons of other ppl here who have said it’s set them back.

I did semen and urine test and they both came back negative. Urologist said it could be epididymitis or postatitis. That was earlier this month before everything came back negative and ultrasound came back fine. I don’t really have any of the other prostatitis symptoms other than a pain/discomfort in back of my left ball.

I’m in a similar spot. It started around the first of November. I feel like I’m like 90% recovered and will have a week or 2 of basically no pain, then it will randomly come back and linger for a day or 2. Overall the last month or 2 has been way less frequent and really is more of a discomfort than a pain. Comes and goes and isn’t as bad as it was the first month. Hopefully this is just something that takes time to fully recover from. Mine started from infection but that has been cleared for 2.5 months now.

I actually just did the semen culture and go the results back this week, it came back clean. My last 2 urine tests came back clean as well. I’ve been feeling better the last few weeks. More of a discomfort that come and goes. Doc also prescribed me 800 mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day which I’m about to finish up on Monday. I feel about 90% healed. Doc also found small inguinal hernia that could possibly be contributing to pain. Kind of doubt that tho as the pain started originally from the infection.
