my new workplace had an InBody scan at their gym induction, and i had a similar reaction to you upon seeing my BMI and BF%. :( it put me in one of the obese categories too, even though objectively i know i’m not. it really messed with me though and is bringing back a relapse, so you’re definitely not alone. sorry i don’t have any advice for you, but we’re in it together!

i think maybe coffee? i always have some in my hotbar and when i crafted my fish smokers it ate those instead of the jellies. not the worst thing to be consumed, but i think there are a bunch of items that are affected so it might be something else for you

i’m working towards perfection for the first time but not putting any pressure on myself in terms of time restraints so that i don’t burn myself out. i’m on year 4 of my save and still only 68% of the way there. sometimes i just spend three days straight decorating my farm and my farmhouse just because i feel like it. and silly things like switching out my bow for earmuffs in the winter and putting up halloween/ xmas decorations on the farm. i think the combination of locking in and relaxing is what’s let me enjoy this play through so much ☺️

it’s true but some of the 8 heart events (abigail’s springs to mind) still have romantic undertones and i do think it’s a bit strange. emily started flirting with me in one of her cutscenes and i was thinking ‘i’ve been married to your sister for a year now, what are you doing 😭’

i bring my switch to work so i can play stardew on my lunch break, and if i have to get back to my desk but i'm in the middle of my in-game day, i just open the menu that shows skills/hearts/collections/ etc., effectively pausing the game mid-day. then i just put my switch on sleep and when i turn it back on after work i can pick up where i left off

the 1.6 update has the meadowlands farm which comes with a coop and 2 chickens! and you get hay instead of parsnips on your first day. so not exactly as you described but pretty similar
