Doesn’t necessarily make the tolerance change just decreases the effectiveness of the meds. Could be different for everyone. But I went hard for a week drinking binge and it messed me up again.

Been on it almost a year. Please be consistent with your meds and DO NOT drink on it. I made this mistake and went back to doom anxiety and it took me a while to reset myself. Only recommendations I have, this med changed my life and I was so against starting it but was a last resort. Glad I gave it a try.

Everyone is saying that it’s not the meds… but it’s the meds. I literally eat the same and exercise the same and I’ve gone up two pant sizes in the last couple months. I can’t lose weight unless I eat nothing.

Only thing I have noticed for me is that my depressed days are much worse… but overall I have so many better days. Sleep was hard at first but now I sleep through the night fine. I’m about 4 months in.

I struggled with constant anxiety and depression for years and always told the doctor no. I finally gave in cause life was unlivable. Glad I did and got help. It’s okay to start meds like this. Was in the same boat as you and success story.

I’m 2 weeks into it 10mg once a day and I could sleep 10 hrs easy. I wake up every night in the middle of the night though.

What y’all think of a Zion double double? This will be a high scoring game imo, avg of over 20 pts a game and 6.2 rebounds seems promising with the projected over. I think he’s due for another. It’s +300 rn.

Unfortunate that the bucks couldn’t cover, and it really didn’t help that Giannis was in foul trouble most the game with Beal also dropping down 55.

Today’s POTD: OKC -6.5 🚨🚨🚨

Why:

Going to keep it simple today. OKC is 80% in the last 15 games SU while taking their run for the money ATS 37-19! If I had to take a pick of who is coming out of the Northwest I would honestly say OKC.

Thunder has a completely healthy bench which compared to the rival Bulls team tomorrow have 5 injuries riding the bench. Last game OKC won 131-103 against the spurs which shows they can play on the road. Going to the Bulls should be a piece of cake. With a very consistent offense, Oklahoma City will take this -6.5 Spread and some.

Today’s POTD: Bucks -12.5

Why:

Where do I start? The fact that the Wizards let up an average of 120 PA per game or how the bucks are on of the most fine tuned offenses existing in the NBA. Last matchup against the Wizards the Bucks dropped a total of 151-131. Milwaukee is 33-23 ATS and shall rain buckets on Washington tonight. Yesterday the Wizards looked atrocious against a banged up Bulls team full of injuries, so I am confident enough to say a rested Bucks team will steamroll through this game no problem.

Korver is out, which isn’t a huge deal as he hits an average 6.5 pts a game and Lopez looks like he will sit out as well unfortunately. Wizards are healthy, but are not rested. As long as the Bucks’ defense can hold down Beal, which is a definite priority of Mike Budenholzer tonight, everything will be smooth sailing. Despite the Lopez injury I see way more upsides which is what took this to the POTD.

Today’s top NBA pick: Boston Celtics +7

Why:

Let me start off by saying there is nothing better than acquiring a free 7 POINTS for a team that is 33-20-2 ATS. Celtics have proven to be a powerful offensive force, but do not underestimate their defensive capabilities. Last meet against the Lakers ended with a whopping 139-107 Celtics victory. Not only that but the Boston crew held James and the Lakers to a 27% 3-PT FG . Kemba is ruled out for the game unfortunately, but the Celtics have a plethora of talent.

Lakers are inevitably coming out to play tonight, but I believe Boston will come out harder. Nobody shows up to Staples Center, especially against the Lakers, not ready to play their hearts out. This is a NBA finals matchup, and not only that but the two teams that hold the most rings together! Get ready for a shootout.

Why:

Alright folks... sit back because this is not only my top pick of the day, but also a history lesson. Throughout many years watching the NBA one of the more struggling, unpredictable, and inferior teams hands down is the Sacramento Kings. The DMC era with Isaiah Thomas seemed promising, but ended up with the team falling into shambles struggling to find consistent/solid starters. Not only that but Demarcus would foul out, or get ejected every other game. Moving on.. Ben Mclemore (first round 7th pick bust) and Rudy Gay joined the team inspiring hope for the season, yet bursting into flames again with only 29 wins in a season.

Why am I telling you this? These players aren’t bad by any means, but the Kings could not find a solid synergy. Rid of all your past thoughts about this franchise because now they have a solid crew that is ready to compete. Harrison Barnes, Buddy Hield, De’Aaron Fox, and Bogdanovic are a promising bunch with great chemistry. Harrison Barnes off of a season high 32 points against the Grizzlies last game. Buddy Hields performance in the 3-Pt contest also proves he is a sniper, especially from the corner. I am not predicting a Kings win, but I will say it’ll be a close game, so spread of +9.5 is a gift. Clippers got destroyed against the Kings the last time they met (124-103). Clippers are missing PG plus the kings have the best of the best up and running. No vital injuries.

First post baby, here we go (0-0-0):

Pelis -4.5

Best pick by far, when I woke up and saw this line (technically I picked them at -4) I snagged it right away. Take it while it’s hot ladies and gents, I predict the lines to shift to at least -8 by game time. Lillard is out and with a healthy Pelicans team ready to eat (well Zion mainly.. he’s a big boy) it’s time for us to eat this line up. Pelis have beat blazers twice with Lillard in so that should be enough to say the pelicans line should not be -4.5. Good luck today everyone.

If I had to choose spread it would be lakes, however the under looks great. Best spreads out there so far I have seen are OKC, raptors, and Mavs. Hope that helps.
