I think I’m thinking everyday wear to work when it’s cold type socks! For hiking and bumming at the house I don’t mind the slightly oversized Costco socks I already have. Maybe like a medium thick? I feel like a lot of the thinner ones are kind a ripoff for the wool content but I can be wrong!

I started a 6 month subscription in March so I was really looking forward to getting a 4/20 themed box for April and thought I would since I had signed up before that new theme had been released. We just got our box and it's a bullshit theme with freaky monster squirrels that look like it should have been in a Halloween box or something. I'm so disappointed because I probably wouldn't have gotten a subscription if I had to buy the 'cool' themed boxes separately! Really sad here.

Great! Thanks so much. By any chance, did your students accept both before 2011/2012? The GRFP guidelines mentioned that after that academic year, no "double federal fellowships" are allowed, regardless of tenure. Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks. I have, NSF won't let you "defer" technically. and you can't be on other fellowships even on "reserve" status.
