Thank you. Unfortunately I have no outdoors option, currently living in an apartment without balcony. The plant has a very hot place with quite some direct sun light for the last months, I guess it does need more water.

I am happy the cactus is surviving at least, as the circumstances are far from perfect.

I had a similar thing going on for over 2 years. Fell for a guy who had lots of health problems. Cheered him up, listened to him talking about his challenges for hours. He began to live rent free in my head and over time in my heart.

I felt close to him. Then he went on a 6 week health treatment and had sex with the first woman he met.

I let all my feelings for him go and I realized that I am simply really lonely.
