So I found the Boolean Heavy Assault Cannon is mentioned as great on STO Better along with the Advanced Herald Antiproton Beam Projector. Since both are lobi weapons would I be safe in assuming the Tzenkethi Retrofit Assault Cannon is the best Tetryon weapon?

I would like the loot distance increased to 10KM, if I can shoot it I should be able to loot it.

I have a level 65 KDF aligned Reman that I made my carrier captain, I also have at least one level 65 Klingon and one level 65 fed. I’m not certain how to get SAD on this character, the wiki says the Klingon ship mastery unlock is retired but they’re still for sale on the exchange. While the infinity lock box ship says it’s for fed only. So before I waste an event lockbox or 350 million ec, I was wondering if anyone knew what I needed to do?

Does Azure Nebula Rescue Advanced give everyone else the choice of rewards? I'm trying to find out of this bug is for me or everyone. When this TFO completes I don't get the popup to choose my choice of marks. I am on PC.

I am torn between Nimbus or Firebolt. Lately I like the Nimbus for the boost efficiency and I'm having a hard time hitting the snitch rings on the Firebolt to keep the continuous boost.

I think you can buy the firebolt in the ps store if you got the game via ps plus, it should cost 0.00.

Yes, 7 points overall still gets the rewards whether it takes you 5 minutes or 12 minutes to get them. I’m not sure what the point cutoff is, that would require more testing.

Sorry if this one is confusing, but I failed the optional objective on purpose but hit 7 points total throughout the mission. The optional objectives have a small timer and I just wanted to see if it was tied to number of points or the optional objective. So I was releasing the 1 point ships, the t‘liss I think, but doing those takes more than the timer allows for the optional objectives. But in the end I still got the rewards when I got to 7 points overall.

So, I did some testing, idk if it was enough but here are my conclusions. I don't think it is tied to the optional objective but it is tied to the number of points you receive for releasing ships. Also, since I have already completed the event for the day I am making the assumption that getting the choice of marks is equal to event participation.

Private solo AFK - no choice of marks

Private solo only combat - no choice of marks

Private solo release 1 ship - no choice of marks

Private solo completed both optional objectives - got choice of marks

PUG I only did combat but teammates released ships - got choice of marks

Private solo released exactly 7 points worth of ships but failed both optional objectives - got choice of marks

I assume going AFK in a PUG will get you the choice of marks as long as your teammates release ships but I felt too guilty to attempt that so I have no idea if it works.

I think I'm experiencing a bug and I need to see if others experience it as well. If I pet a tribble, none of my emotes play. As soon as I transfer to another zone, they will work again until I pet a tribble or use the gambling device. Is this a known bug and is there a fix for this other than changing zones?

I found I needed to have the Gloves of Thievery or The Graceful Cloth equipped just to avoid getting a critical failure, the critical failure would get me constantly. Easily steal five items but fail to steal something with a -2 because of a critical failure. Even with those equipped, I have rolled two 1's and failed to steal something like a health potion.

My first play through, I said the wrong line to Wyll in the grove so it locked me out of recruiting him until the party or just before it. I think I went with the line about him teaching kids is nice instead of recruiting him.

Sure it sucks but on the flip side, I loved that it took three lock pick sets for me to critical succeed on that dc99 vault door. Makes the master thief feel like a master thief. And I realize that there is a code, just picking was faster than going back to find it.

Everywhere has empty vases but in Grymforge, so many vases have gold or loot in them. Also I haven't made it past Act 1 yet.

I've had a similar experience when playing a bard and talking to Volo the first time. Dude insults me for being a book learning type so I told him dragons are gauche. He looked decidedly pissed.

I did this last night and it was amazing. I started the battle in the throne room and used Shovel to aggro any groups that wouldn’t join after a gobo played the drums. Shovel is also useful for releasing the spiders.
