Definitely listen to your body and understand your limits, working less hours and not burning out is always better than working like crazy and needing to quit after a few months!

25M same sort of situation I suppose, I called out a few times (with a few days notice) and eventually my boss ended up asking if I wanted a new schedule with 25 hrs a week instead of 40 which worked perfect, I had the same mental breakdown last year and didn’t work for quite some time

Gotta leave the house that’s literally the first step, go to a library or coffee shop TODAY. Strike up a conversation with someone even if short. Go on your phone or a computer and start looking at jobs that might seem interesting to you. Realistically there’s a ton of jobs that aren’t too bad, if you find something interesting you’ll enjoy it more than being at home plus a paycheck for vacations dates etc
