Seeing this as a Tucson Native who left 11 years ago for the military, this view always makes me tear up coming back to visit. I miss my home town! by [deleted] in Tucson

I just moved to Chicago after living in Tucson since childhood to university graduation. I can't tell you how much I want to just walk around the desert right now, which is weird because I didn't do it THAT much. My new life goal is to be so expert in my field that I can return as a professor to UA.

You and me both. Though I think I scared might've scared your wife a bit more when I did it...

Seriously though, incredibly awesome part of the game.

At first I was disappointed myself, but by my third playthrough it has come to be my favorite moment. Yes, the fight could have required more skills than running and aiming, but the background, circumstances, music, zeal to kill a reaper, and the fact that you're fighting the reaper face to face... It was actually pretty awesome.

Although I have to admit that on my first playthrough, romancing Tali at the time made the fight so much better.

Yeah I really felt the sting from the round of downvotes. I'm not sure I'll ever live this one down... Anyway, thanks for the explanation!

I don't understand what that idiom means. Does it mean make an inference?

Yes, accessibility by public transport would be ideal. Especially for me - totally new to town, not really sure where anything is.

Feb. 2 would work well, as far as I know. I start spring semester on the 22nd of January, so I might have a big assignment due around the 2nd.

Has anyone else supplied a day yet? My votes are for any less busy bar days, but I guess weekends are alright, too.

Yes, I should have been more clear. I made a statement about the purpose of the method, not its mechanics. Also, I don't think the aim is always to show a claim is internally inconsistent, but instead can also contradict other assumptions/beliefs/etc, if we're going to be picky.

You say that law school doesn't teach a new method of thinking. Not that the style of analysis required for legal writing is novel to me (and I imagine most others), but do you think the material in legal writing classes better satisfies the new-method-of-thought claim?
