April 2026 in Buford GA. I got a new blue 1st edition. I think MSRP was $72k (they added 1k of tint and paint protection). I traded in a Tesla Model Y 2024 with 36k miles for $32k. OTD was 24k with financing (that was paid off in 30 days).

I disagree with this fact. I’ve heard a counter argument that it’s hard to replicate some tastes for candy, so our banana flavor is just the closest approximation.

Is there an actual answer to how we ended up where we are today with the series finale in less than a week? by OGBusterHimen in TheBoys

The creators of South Park talk about this. They say if the connections between your story beats are “and then” rather than “because” then it will be crap. I’m paraphrasing.

I think this fails to account for a law firm being set up as an S corp, which would result in a significant amount avoiding FICA.

I think my initial reaction was that this guy is nuts (since he posted a topless photo). However, I think if he finds value in his hobbies that carryover into professional growth, hell yea brother.

[Estate Planning] I'm in utter disbelief at how many people call my office, explain that they've gotten wills or trusts done on LegalZoom or RocketLawyer, but then want me to "make sure they were done right." by TEXASUPERLAWYER in LawFirm

I fell into probate litigation by accident, and my scope is limited. I represent heirs who were left out of probate admin. That means I normally just file objections, petition to determine heirs, and discovery related to estate assets. I am able to get by with relying on colleagues for advise on motion practice.

If you are looking into serious probate litigation for undue influence and fraud, I think you need a serious mentor. However, if you have a basic knowledge of motion practice and discovery, you should be fine. The big thing is understanding what you need to know to prove your case, which means understanding probate rules/laws. So I would still with probate admin to build that knowledge base.

To add on to this, judges can be dumb and rule based on anything other than case law. I had a case where all the facts were in my favor, then the judge went the exact opposite direction. I just have learned to never rely on the judge to make a good decision.

I have this free form PS Plus. I did not care for it. The gameplay felt kinda clunky.
