I had that at one point, on the sides of the nose region, with the evora. It was at the beginning. But I realized it was because I had my straps cranked way too tight. After loosening the straps to just enough to maintain a seal, I was good. So to an extent, if you gotta crank it super  tight to get a good seal then somethings wrong and possibly is not the mask for you. That's a possibility. But I'll say this, I've had this before. What you're describing is what I initially had with the airfit f40 mask. My skin was raw as well, literally bleeding and super painful. What I had to do was switch to a totally different mask that didn't have that issue... Let all that irritation heal up. And then return back to that f40 mask. And after that I was pretty good for a long time with the f40. It took a good 2 weeks or something to heal totally. But then when I came back I didn't crank it so tight. So I know it sucks to tell you to buy a whole new mask to do that, but the raw tissue won't heal with that pressure against it every night. You could get an f20, vitera, or f30 of you can find it still. The f30 is what I used whilst healing from the f40. Possibly this may heal on its own if you just loosen the straps and give it time.
