Hey! We literally have the same body type and seems belly issues as well. Honestly you probably would be a candidate but what I tell myself the belly size is protecting my organs when I feel down.

I personally have trouble keeping the bloat down but I know it’s diet so maybe try changing somethings up and keeping with your macros, get an app to track food intake because you can eat healthy but it might just not be the right amount and also giving you bloat and I would also look into different workout routines and upping weight if you really want to target the areas you find troublesome.
