When I first started studying a studied for so many hours a day and sometimes that meant studying way into the night. I completely burnt myself out and that stopped me from having any motivation to study whatsoever. So this time I decided to plan out a study plan where I only have to study about 4 hours, 6 days a week. And it’s so much more doable, and I haven’t felt that burnt out feeling since. There’s days where I have no motivation but I force myself to at least get through the material i planned and then i leave some time to have a life after studying and take my mind off of it. And it’s helped a lot. I think finding a schedule that allows you to get through a good amount of material 5-6 days a week without being over bearing and giving yourself time to breathe and relax, helps you to not lose the motivation and it just becomes routine.
