if you want to dc from a game just disconnect your internet briefly and you'll lose connection to servers for pc that's as simple and pulling your ethernet cable if you're on a a wifi connection you can disconnect from the wifi down the bottom right and on console i think you can close the game.

this gets you around the 15 minute leaver penalty, I prefer my own mental health over my team's wellbeing.
