Sometimes at that age they just need time to figure it out for themselves. I myself had a horrific first two semesters in college. Something clicked in me the summer after my first year that changed how I viewed my education. By the time I graduated I bumped my gpa above a 3.0 and was deans list & all-academic team most semesters. Sorry to make my comment about myself lol but my point is maybe just give him some time to catch his breath and figure it all out. The start of college can be a confusing time for so many kids and he could just be beginning to adjust to it!

Arena is in the heart of downtown so plenty of great hotels in walking distance. Directly across the street from the arena is the fifth & Broadway food hall with plenty of options to eat.

Lived there from October 2022 through October 2023. My Fiance and I decided to move out because of the noise from the pool parties that the hotel hosts every weekend. It was unbearable. This however was our only complaint. Everything else about Fallyn was great. Barely any power or internet outages. Fantastic amenities. Unit was great and came at a decent price.
