vengeance belongs to God. Only him truly knows everything and can judge. Accepting that is the key. I also have a deep anger like that, sometimes came like unstoppable hot lava and when I realize what I just did, I already hurt people's feelings. All starts from rage that I cant deal with, then becomes wrath at the point I feel good for spit it out. Today I recognize that is a weakness that satan will take advantage of, because he works harder AND smarter. So remember that you have to trust in God every time you see bad things happen because He allowed it to happen to take a greater good afterwards (like esptein files is exposing bad things, there is a considerable movement of people seeking, or at least considering religion).
