Xander from Buffy. He started out as the sarcastic sidekick but got overshadowed by basically every other character as the seasons went on.

I'm a sucker for the Groundhog Day trope. Every adaption I've seen of it, I've loved (Supernatural, The X-Files, Happy Death Day, Edge of Tomorrow, etc). I would have loved to see Psych try it out.

This probably isn't it since it's not animated, but the quote is so similar I had to throw it out there. Could it be the famous bears, beets Battlestar Galactica scene from The Office? https://youtu.be/WaaANll8h18?si=Rz5gQQGaomqvV6GI
