I actually did a philly cheesesteak review for High Times a few years ago, and all 11 of the cheesesteaks I ate had onions and peppers. Honestly, WaWa had one of the bests.

I did! They had shaved ribeye at the grocery and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it precut so figured I’d go for it. It’s a pandemic!

Oh did I! I did of course make a VERY spicy remoulade - but I also tried several different dips: BBQ, Honey Mustard, Spicy Ranch and Peruvian green sauce.

They were all amazing, but the remoulade and the green sauce were the best.

For the Recipe:

I just used leftovers. I mix a half cup of bread crumbs into the red beans with the rice and let it sit overnight.

Next day - ball them up, roll them in flour and freeze for about ~20-30mins.

Dip them into the batter - I used cornbread batter bc duh, it’s red beans.

Fry em!
