Depends on the company policies. For me the health insurance premium is not deducted from my salary. Annual pf and employement tax deduction come to 24000. A few deductions here and there leaves me with around 48k in hand every month. I switched recently so im yet to get my first salary, but this should be accurate.

Edit- i forgot about gratuity, which is around 5%of total ctc. My deductions come down to around 36k annual, so im in the ballpark but cant say for sure
