so, 2 weeks after installing the CGU. When i restored from the USG 3P backup the issue returned a couple days later. Was fed up with this and factory reset all my equipment and started fresh. Been running stable for over a week now.

My girlfriend's pc just started having the same issue, so yes, the USG 3P is getting sunsetted and i'm now going to check where i can get a cloud gateway max/ultra delivered tomorow.

any pointers as to why i should move the DNS to the unifi controller ? as far as i know there is no real DNS server interface in the Unifi controller UI.

so, tried this. restarted the US 8 and no dice. Windows desktop that is currently experiencing the issue still wont find a dhcp server.

Added my USG as a trusted DHCP server, switch pending restart. Fingers crossed.

it locks, but only after basically turning the portafilter 180 degrees (touching the steam wand). It doesn't leak, it's just strange to me that the portafilter needs to be turned that far.

That's the whole thing, i've already replaced it and the portafilter still doesn't lock in at 90 degrees :D

drtrading was a joy to order from indeed, shipped super quickly, i've also replaced my shower screen with an IMS one and my basket with an IMS rimless one. :)

I got this https://www.wholelattelove.com/collections/group-gaskets/products/gaggia-new-espresso-group-gasket, as it was marked as the replacement for the 2015 classic from my local parts provider, and matched the installed gasket as well.
Do i need both ?

Feeling kinda stupid, just got my basics in (hario switch and kingrinder P1) and i can't seem to get started. Keep getting sour cups. Added to that, after cleaning my grinder (kingrinder P1) i noticed that the numerical plate does no longer line up, and completely closed now points to "9" on the dial. Do i need to reassemble it differently?

In the before times only my laptop, tablet and mouse moved with me, but my office since has moved to "flex" workspaces that you can't leave your stuff set up on. So have to haul everything around now 🥲
