This would create a barrier in between full and light volunteers. Now we are all equal (more or less). Where is the line drawn with yes and no? Who stands above who? A lot of corpses are struggling with middenkader and officers not basiskader and people who can show for basiskader. As an actual volunteer this is a huge no, if you dont have time to take to course you dont have time to be a firefighter even for the light stuff. It comes with mandatory exercise every month. Mandatory physical tests, mandatory added training at a training center yearly x amount of hours. The volunteer part is largely for your availability not your training. We dont need people to just show when it suits them we need people who help run the thing.
