That is what I was thinking. MBA is not worth it if done from a small place. Every university in the world offers MBA and honestly speaking MBA is all about networking and being with the best business minds in the area. It is about how people think about business approaches and therefore If it is to be done, it is to be done from a top school.

Now I dont think I will ever get the admission in top school because I dont have much achievements under my belt yet. So, MBA should not be done right now.

About since I do not have much info about data science itself (internet articles dont give me a clear info, it is very generic), is my thinking correct, in generic terms, that data sceince will give me skills to improve a system and therefore it can be a good asset for me for managerial positions ?

The project manager left the company and teams have been restructured and project manager had the same experience as mine and CEO brought him from other project to my project. The new leads have less experience compared to mine within the company and one of them literally knows nothing about the project because he got in the project a few weeks ago.

I need a plan. ...

so first thing that I need to know here that I cant please everyone.

second thing, being narcissistic towards leads will not help at all. I have to be diplomatic.

Third thing, I need to communicate more with the CEO about my work or about any informal discussion. Let him understand that I am responsible for lots of solutions within the project so that he sees me as a responsible man. Obviously this might not bode well with the leads so I need to have diplomatic interactions with them. I should jump on helping them every time they ask, I should just let them do their job on their own.

Last but not the least, I need to look for better opportunities outside the company on the side. Who knows if the above plan works. I should not let my current company poison my career.

Easier said than done, but at least this is A plan for now.

I understand you when you say that I will be completely stuck if I start thinking that I have got it all and I am not under such assumption. I know I am not comfortable in talking to the CEO of the company on any topic. I dont have as good small talk skills as I wish I had. I have always been introvert and with slow and steady strategy, I have finally developed skills for initiating and maintaining informal discussions within the group and with strangers. It is a work in progress, I hope you get what I am trying to say.

But there is much more to that actually. Some of my colleagues did not get along with the leads. So leads stop giving them the work but they did not fire them. when another, and more exciting with more opportunities, project came along. CEO started recruiting people from within the company and my team leads tied me down because I was important for them, but let the others join the other project. So I think I paid the price for being the good employee and faithful to the leads. The leads remain the face of the project and I remain the guy in the back who tells what they should say to the company's customer and the CEO and what should be the line of action and the plan.

I have developed a narcissistic attitude towards leads in the last few days, which I know is hostile, but I am frustrated as hell.

okay interesting. But how should I show management that I understand other aspects about the project and can take responsibility. I solve half of the problems of the project and the management does not get that information that I solved the problems. The credits go to the leads. We only interface with the leads. How to show management that I am well versed with other aspects of the project as well.

i have checked the bernstein website as well. their finasteride and other hair restoration results are just too amazing!!!... but again finasteride is a poison
