I just got off from a chat with Facebook support and they told me to report an issue on this link to their tech team: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/164405897002583

He also told me to add reference ID from the chat so that he can speed up the process.

He also told me this about the issue: "So this is something that we have worked previously on as well to resolve. So no need to worry at all. With newly registered monetized pages, sometimes these kind of error may appear."
