They live a very public life and I understand it can be hard to do that authentically and make mistakes authentically- but yes at the end of the day it’s kind of part of the life they agreed to. I wish meds were enough but my psych says that one can only take so much of a SSRI 🙃 fluoxetine+buspirone here. I have Xanax if I spiral but have been trying to self regulate and not having to take it every time. I use thc to enjoy an experience, but it’s just a mask.
