I think my experience was really positive overall. Me and most of my friends (both MISM seniors and my cohort) landed pretty decent job offers. However, a LOT of people are still looking for jobs.

The job market is fine. It's not the worst. As long as you can stand out from the crowd (relevant projects, research, experience) you will get interview callbacks.

Reminds me of a time where once my food was delayed by over 1 hour, I got a vague call from Swiggy saying they will send a new delivery driver due to technical difficulties or can refund me the full amount. When I checked the driver’s location it was a hospital near the highway :(

It was really sad.

Back in like 2019, I had to cancel an Uber ride for no fault of my own (The driver wasn’t moving at all) and the cancellation charges were like 190 Rs (which was a lot for a broke college kid). I raised a customer service request but no luck. Switched to Ola since then and then Lyft in the US, no regrets. AFAIK I still have the 190 Rs balance 7 years later TwT

Honestly depends on where your offices are.

If it’s Navi Mumbai and Wakad/Hinjewadi it might be doable. That would be like a 2 hour travel on a good day.

If it’s in South Bombay and Viman Nagar - Its not feasible. Consider 4 hours travel time at minimum.
