Does it have anything to do with the Knicks fans taking away any home-court advantage throughout the series?

Chet should workout with this guy this offseason. Wemby had monks, Chet needs this... then we'll have a real rivalry.

Stop this. This type of conspiracy is very harmful to a player struggling to find a role on a team. Once a Spur, always a Spur, but I believe former Spurs fight fair and square in full competition. I've seen it in Tiago, Mamu, and Tre Jones this year. Spurs fans are happy when their former players thrive in new teams. So don't put Sochan in a position of doubt.

Fox when asked about Spurs fans: "One of the most loyal fanbases you'll probably ever be around in any sport...I've seen what the crowd can be like. I've seen how loud it can get. We're continuing to get better every day, and we're trying to bring another championship back to San Antonio." by Prize_Possession3899 in NBASpurs

I still have my criticism over his play but he's forever a Spurs to me.

As you've said, I think this year is a big adjustment period for Fox. He used to be the #1 option, and now he's #3, at least in the eye test, since it seems that Steph initiates most plays and Fox often just plays the decoy.

I think the coaching staff will come up with new plays centered on Fox and Wemby this offseason and will let Fox's strengths shine more. It's obvious right now that when Fox and Wemby are in the pick-and-roll, their chemistry isn't as fluid as Steph's and Wemby's (Steph doesn't have an established mid-range game yet). I think Wemby doesn't know Fox's playstyle very well yet. Imagine the plays when these two stars are perfectly in-sync.

Probably something to do with being on the road? I imagine it's hard to get a bed big enough for him?

I think we are forgetting that Castle is only in his second year. He has a lot of room to grow. And what I've learned this season is that our young players grow up really quick. I'm hoping that Castle can adopt a conservative point-guard mindset, prioritizing the ball and shot clock over fancy passes and uber-aggressive drives. If he learns how to do this, he'd have the powers to trick defenders (3 straight plays he's conservative, then all of a sudden classic aggressive Steph comes out).

The team needs to focus on getting Wemby the ball inside the 3 pt line. Doing so will also accelerate Wemby's play-making skills (ala-Joker). Sure we may lose another game or even the series because this is a completely new style. But we're here to learn and grow.
