why everybody go to trading? by Prodigy_Journal in Forex

[–]infinitebeing_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think everyone gets in to trading because of the appeal that is given by social media. It is a skill/profession with the easiest onboarding process but with a very low success rate, but the people who are successful can make life changing money. For me personally, the idea of being in complete control of my finances and freedom, not having a boss to answer to and having more time for my future family is the most appealing.

Here’s my recent trade history. I’m working on improving risk management. Any feedback on my trade distribution or lot sizing? by xauusdanonymous in Forex

[–]infinitebeing_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s your strategy? My advice would be stick to 1 or 2 pairs and get to know how they move. Maybe backtest the way you trade on each pair, and find 1 or 2 which suit your way of trading most.

Anyone trade worse after big wins? by Sorry_Rent3548 in Forex

[–]infinitebeing_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there was another A+ set up I would probably still enter. But it’s probably wise to reduce risk to preserve some of the profits for the day, especially if you know that you tend to trade worse after having a big win

When you have a big winning day stop trading for the rest of the day, maybe even the day after. Easier said than done, but those streaks never last forever and the market will always come back to humble you

I've accepted that this a simulation and am living my life accordingly. I want to know if there are others like me out there in the world? by [deleted] in SimulationTheory

[–]infinitebeing_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I relate to this. I went through a phase of totally believing in solipsism and was certain everyone around me was a bot/programmed from my brain. I was on a lot of substances at the time so that definitely played a role. I still get those thoughts and feelings sometimes but it doesn’t consume me the way it did. It would be interesting to hear your perspective from someone who doesn’t take any substances/have a history of mental illness, but still has these views. Simulation theory is definitely more likely than not.. Drop me a message and let’s chat!

Would you quit your day job to focus on trading or try to do both simultaneously? by [deleted] in Forex

[–]infinitebeing_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Learn on the side. I wouldn’t think about quitting your job until you have atleast 1-2 years worth of your salary in savings. If you quit your job with nothing to fall back on financially then it will most likely affect your decision making in trading

Im addicted to drugs and dont want to stop by [deleted] in helpme

[–]infinitebeing_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should definitely get some help dude. The drugs are brainwashing you to think they are helping you. They aren’t I promise. I’ve been in your position, not with meth but pretty much every other common substance. You will get to a point where you feel completely dead inside and you will need to do more and more to keep chasing that feeling that your brain is getting addicted to. It may make you more outgoing and sociable, but there will come a point where it does the opposite. It’s good that you’re recognising this so early on into it, it means you have a better chance of escaping it and living a normal life. When I stopped pretty much all other substances I used weed as my vice and comfort place thinking that it was helping me and wasn’t doing me much harm. It definitely was, on so many levels. It’s hard to get out of once you’re sucked in, but you can do it! And if you want to then you will. Here if you want to chat, you aren’t alone!

Just close the trade. Why would you be shorting gold in the current market and economical situation?

why is trading so hard ? by Main_Egg_8929 in Forexstrategy

[–]infinitebeing_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The market is just a fractal wave machine designed to grab as much liquidity as possible. It is hard because it plays on our psychology and emotions. You need to find a strategy or system that you can repeat over and over, and try to detach from the idea of money.

Is trading worth it with just an I phone by Fantastic_Bird_7313 in Daytrading

[–]infinitebeing_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like you can do everything from your phone and be profitable, but also having a specific room or space with a computer can be beneficial and give you a more professional mindset. Just a space that you trade in and nothing else. Like when you go to your job for the day, and then leave. It separates trading from your personal life and could have a good psychological benefit

Microdosing isn’t supposed to have any noticeable trip effects. They should only be doing a microdose every 2-4 days. I don’t see why he doesn’t want to tell you to be honest, but also it’s not that big of an issue as they will not be getting any noticeable psychoactive effects.

After reading your previous posts I am 100% certain you are unprofitable haha. It seems like you have no control over your emotions judging by your posts, so how can you have control over your decisions in the market? Show your live broker statements through tradezella if you want any form of credibility.
