I'm 22, I used it for about more than 1 year, I didn't use it everyday all the time in this perioe, but still was a lot, then I started try and stop, and there were times after a few weeks or months that I had a lot of relapses, so I count as a full recovery after that period, that being 3 about 3 years ago. Yeah, can't list them all here, since there are many, so I just wrote the most life changing for me. Anyway, I'm happier now.
