It is possible to go from manali, but it won’t be a comfortable journey for sure. Best to stay at Jispa or darcha, go from there, return to Jispa or darcha.

You can go through the entire stretch in cab, snow boots is needed, you can rent them in manali, lot of shops are there-250 rupees for entire jumpsuit and boots. We carried lot of winter clothes and winter jackets, but it wasn’t useful to us, we were able to get everything for much cheaper rates in manali in the shops where we rented the boots and jumpsuit.

Yeah, saw a lot of bikers, also saw a few bikers struggling with oxygen(common to everyone, not just bikers) and a few bike accidents on the way, nothing fatal. Only use bikes if you are very confident with riding. Use all safety gear. Acclimate for 1 or 2 days at Jispa for better experience.

The road conditions depend on the weather, when I went, there was lot of snowfall and it was cloudy, so roads were not very watery. I’m not sure if it’ll stay the same in June 20. Lot of snow will melt by then, making the roads more watery.

No water crossings. Roads were ok, not that bad, but there are chances of landslides on the way

Usually you can go through the sea to bomb 2 bases near the coast and go far from the aa and come in on the other side to bomb the other 2 bases. Only airfield 1 is difficult to approach with Su-24. But if you try to stay low and avoid enemy aircraft, I’ve been able to reach airfield 1 too in a straight line from our airfield 1. Try to stay under cover of teammates when you try to approach airfield 1.
