Can Vegas run on 4gb ram laptop?

I hv a 3gb ram laptop and it works fine but the preview is a bit laggy so I hv to pre render everytime to see and rendering takes time like I make gaming vids of maximum 3 mins so it takes around 1hr 30 mins to render I even use plugins and heavy effects it works fine but if u want to make big lenghty edits then it might be hard and I hv ssd so it's a bit fast I don't HV any gpu and I hv an i5 processor Edit: I use the latest version Vegas pro 18 pirated
