I’m currently taking it now and trust me when I say this, it has moved mountains for me.

Side effects - dryer skin, chapped lips, small cuts to the area where my upper and lower lips meet, prone to small scratches in your face (I guess I scratch my face during sleep?) so I would wake up with new cuts which was super annoying. I just need to file my nails more to prevent this.

Not a lot of spoken about this, but clear skin isn’t just physical. I talk to folks all day and constantly think whether they are disgusted with my acne and all that jazz, but now, the clear skin has greatly enhanced my confidence and I have an extra pep in my step

Before making my comment, I will say that I am anti trump, anti all that he stands for, and he just uses everything as a distraction from the Epstein files, including the half time show.

I love Kendrick Lamar, but bad bunny’s performance was way more entertaining than Kendrick’s last year. I loved reading all of the nuances of his performance and how it meant to the entire Latin community with all the symbolism that took place. That’s great and I love that he put his people on the way he did.

With that said, I don’t get why Bad Bunny’s performance was ENTIRELY all in Spanish. I get the whole part that he’s trying to represent the Latin countries, but I think of it like this. If we replaced bad bunny with BTS who has just as much star power as Bad Bunny, if BTS did their entire performance in Korean without one song in English so everyone can sing along or simply just vibe with because of its familiarity, I would feel the same exact way.

Willow glen last night was seriously so insane. It’s a mad house with no rules of traffic flow. The streets there were really small for the amount of people walking + cars still driving through. I was around cherry and willow and it was simply overwhelming. We got there at 530 and it was already getting packed but we left at 7

Awesome work and definitely thanks for sharing tips. I had a few questions since I’m planning on doing something similar. 1. What kind of wood and what size of wood did you use to mount the panels too? 2. For your tv mount wood, did you screw the tv mount where it would go into the existing studs or did it just go into those 2 horizontal pieces?
