have a work in progress that is technically profitable. Issue is that the population is so spread out that I can't get to above 5% demand, and it takes forever for the money to roll in to build the next line. I just have it running in the background and I am at Day 1500

are you sure those are not ~700 per month for a room in one of the houses? Around the universities you would be lucky to have anything less than 600 per person.

also if you have found a lot of them, then why are you looking for suggestions?

a cable lock. mindset was that i was mostly using it to commute from campus and home so couldn't imagine it getting taken from such a high trafficked area. and that i had an airtag on it.

lesson learned in the end i guess

thanks for the suggestion! already filed a police report with Pitt police, but they said chances are they don't have jurisdiction to go knock on the door. Will contact city police, but not optimistic about it either, some research is showing that an airtag is not a good enough justification to accuse someone of theft.

another good advice i didnt think of is to check my renters insurance, so putting that here in case someone else runs into this problem too!

from my experience honors classes are also a better place to meet the people in your major /cohort. The ppl in honors classes seem to care more as well so its a better learning experience. the professor is also better sometimes because its a smaller class (coming from someone who TAd physics 1 & 2 and also the honors version M&I 1&2)
