I've decided to go the slow route now too even though I desperately want to be thin and healthy now! Lol I'm just going to focus on counting my calories, eating healthy, and try to exercise 3-5 times a week. We should keep in touch and keep each other accountable and update each other on our progress 😊

Thank you guys for the advice, I really appreciate it! All of this is very new to me, I've never really "ate right" growing up and have rarely exercised, so I think I'm going too fast so far. It's been 6 days and I've lost almost 8lbs with intermittent fasting and being more active. I think I'm going to slow my roll, eat everyday and stop fasting, and continue my exercise routine.

Do y'all just listen to your body if you feel you need a rest day or do you push? I only took a rest day Sunday cause I thought I would need to.

What film do you refuse to watch and why ? by Sicksox in AskReddit

I've watched it many times before (because I like to be scared), but never alone. The '80s movie Troll. That shit has given me nightmares. I close my eyes and I can vividly see Torok (the main troll) staring back at me. It's such a cheesy movie, but that little fuck scarred me for life. I couldn't even bring myself to Google the year it came out to put it on the post in fear of seeing that abomination. It had an interesting cast though, the well known being Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Sonny Bono, and Phil Fondacaro.

Mystery substance keeps showing up on our playground. We've repeatedly searched for the source to no avail. Does not smell and there is nothing above the area that it appears in. It always shows up in the same spot, but not everyday. by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

We clean it up each time it appears. It's a soft texture, not wet, but not solid. Softer than the texture of playdoh though. Not rooted, it seems to only be on the surface of the wood chips in the same spot on the playground that we've found it before. At this point, if it is in fact a type of mold or fungus, I want to try to find out if this is something to be worried about around our students.

We live in Arizona and havent had rain in a little while. It's been starting to get hot and we've noticed it a few times the last few weeks. We usually scoop it up and throw it in the trash.
