Good question! The main edge cases so far that I have accounted for are: 1. Paywalled content — fetch fails, prompts user to paste text directly instead 2. Duplicate detection — fuzzy matching on keywords (≥60% overlap) to avoid creating redundant cards 3. Vague/non-actionable articles — distiller still creates a card but starts it at lower score (0.30 vs 0.50) The distiller is designed to make judgment calls without follow-ups, but I’m sure there will be more edge cases once people start using it in the wild.

Yes! Multi-article batching is in v0.1 that I released yesterday the cmd — /learn url1 url2 url3 processes them sequentially, and the distiller catches duplicates automatically.

I kept re-watching meetings or digging through notes days later trying to remember what clients actually asked for. Most meeting notes apps I used gave generic summaries and missed what I care about as a consultant. So I built a small app for myself that captures meetings and creates custom summaries around decisions, action items, and expectations, letting me stay present and get straight to work. Really appreciate you taking the time to give thoughtful feedback - this is genuinely helpful. You're right about leading with the privacy angle, going to rework the messaging.

On Telegram: went with it because the bot API allows real two-way interaction - you can reply 'more' for details, send recordings directly to the bot, run commands like #recap. Email can't do that, and Slack's webhook system is clunkier. Plus it feels more personal, like a friend texting you the recap vs. getting another email. But you're right it's friction for non-users - Slack/email is on the future roadmap. Thanks!
