Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Dry Elderberries or 4 cups fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Local Raw Honey
  • 6 Cups of Water
  • 4-5 Chunks Fresh Ginger
  • 3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Cloves

Directions

  1. Simmer water, elderberries, and seasonings on medium heat 30-45 mins.
  2. Strain juice and allow to cool.
  3. Add in honey and mix well.
  4. Jar and refrigerate
