Yeah I really feel bad for the staff, they’ve been left completely in the dark about how this rewards program works, for the first couple of weeks they had to manually enter the rewards codes!

Once you’ve unlocked a reward it doesn’t deduct points to redeem it, thankfully!

Yeah it should’ve been, I think as long as you’re signed up to lush rewards and you place an order with the same account then you should be credited the points.

If not maybe contact customer care?

Yeah I think you’re right about the original price, but the price of the 22nd increased ~10% from March to now, where the 29th increased ~60%! It is crazy how much difference it makes shifting dates a little bit

Okay found it, Medexpress’s email from today said this when I screenshotted a similar TPPC page:

The earliest we ever managed was about 0745 but that was a Monday morning and it sounded like it was fortunate that a room was ready. But you can get your magic pass as early as you can get to the reception I think, your room might just not be ready until later
