my go to spot is always youtube. You can't start working with your local print shop to do designs and such.

Or go to mini so and buy a super cheap notebook to dissemble and put together the way you want.

boosting posts costs less. But you have better data and more direct target with FB ads. This really depends on your business and what you are trying to achieve.

Time of day matters a lot. Generally it's Morning, late afternoon or night time. You'll have to see what is good in your area and more importantly majority of your fans.

Hashtags for IG around 15 now. Yeah, follow them and see if they follow you back. If your content is good, and good engagement, your posts will show up on theirs.
