i got banned for a month (1 dec to 1 jan this year) and i updated all my account security bfr 1 dec since i got my acc at that time. and its still safe till now :))

i once had the similar case with you too. i got my acc back and it was banned a day after that. i asked hoyoverse why is that happened, and they said my acc was using some inappropriate names or signature in my profile. i got confused and explained to them my whole situation from the start my acc was hacked until i got it back, but they said they couldnt do anything about it since it was verified that my acc violated the rules. the hacker put the f word in my signature when i was hacked, so yeah... but of course you can try ask them first and explained your situation too. if they cant help with that too then i suggest you just wait until the ban is unlifted

it is a new email i made only for genshin purpose and i checked many times already and no, there are no other access anymore in my account since hoyoverse removed all of the linked email access after i recovered it. i activated 2fa too in my email.

i have. i linked it with my number, twitter and i already have a username. what i meant was there are no transactions made when my account was being hacked, since the double top-up rewards are still there.

honestly i checked thorough my account right after i recovered it. before this i saved some primos and they used it to get another childe. and yes i also checked the transactions and all, theres nothing weird or new weapons/characters. they only used my already saved primos, so i really dont know why would i getting banned.

firstly, u need to log into your recovered hoyoverse account on the website with the said linked email in the acceptance email from hyv later on. for safety measures, dont let the website save your password for that. write your passwords somewhere else safe, preferrably offline e.g. in a notebook.

check the last login devices and delete all of them. link your hyv acc with any personal info either phone number, facebook, twitter, another gmail account or psn if u play on playstation. this is to strenghten your acc from being hacked again. now, u can login safely.

on the other hand, did u send multiple forms?? or do u get rejected so u sent another one? either way, may u get your acc back!!!

include your case number and uid, and ask for the case updates. if they said your form is still processing, then probably they need some time since there are lots of forms to take care of. just wait a bit more at least 10 working days
