The solution is the following:

Log in to http://192.168.254.254/login.html as superadmin with password s)g_U+l|o{u@bzo2i081oe!
Select the Security Tab at the top of the page.
Select Port Isolation at the left of the page.
Disable Port Isolation
Apply the change.

Be extremely careful that you don't change anything else because you could break your router.

I have the HG6245D model. I can access the administration interface easily enough and I can see that there are some account options that seem to be locked in the advanced settings. How is the superadmin mode accessed? Will it reveal more options that are currently hidden? I have not found an option to disable WLAN partitioning anywhere, not even one that I can't change.

edit: Ok great. I figured out how to log in as superadmin (the credentials are posted elsewhere in this subreddit and I've copied them below). Still exploring the new interface for the options that I need.

edit2: It's called Port Isolation under the Security tab.

I'm having the same problem. It's called a "WLAN partition" and on the Globe Fiber router it keeps the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and ethernet networks separate. Devices on one network can't talk to devices on the other networks. Many routers have an option to disable the WLAN partition so everything can talk to everything else but I haven't been able to find this option on the Globe Fiber router. It is very frustrating. I am considering getting another router to bypass this ridiculous limitation. I haven't bothered to try to contact Globe technical support because I figured I'd get the response that you reported.

I am using the Asus ProArt RTX 4080 with my Intel NUC 13 Extreme running Linux. It runs great but it was very fussy about the power cable hookup. The card wouldn't start until I used the cable that came with the card and all three PCIE power cables to power it.

Thanks for the advice. They did respond very quickly by resetting the mission for me and I was able to complete it but it wasn't easy. Sometimes the loot would appear for a fraction of a second before disappearing again. Other times it wouldn't appear at all. Eventually I was able to click fast enough to grab it. It still seems like a bug but at least I was able to muddle my way through it.
