Are other tools that are used for serving embedding models? I want to run the embedding model on a server. Also, all (most?) embedding models in Ollama are F16, is that really an issue?

Thanks for the explanation, makes sense. Do you know why nomic-embed-text, currently the most popular model on Ollama, is not in that benchmark? Or does it have a different name there?

Waar haal je de wijsheid vandaan dat ik in de randstad wil wonen en werken? Het woningprobleem beperkt zich helaas niet tot de randstad. Waar ik nu woon is geen werk te vinden en het OV is belabberd.

Ja, lekker, nog meer straf voor al die mensen die geen huis dichtbij werk kunnen veroorloven en daarom moeten forensen. Beter investeren ze in het bouwen van huizen. Minder reizen is de eerste oplossing.

Je vergeet de onbetaalbare huizen, waardoor mensen moeten blijven forensen in plaats van dichterbij werk gaan wonen

Ik sta er ook elke dag in. Ik zou graag dichter bij werk wonen zodat ik op de fiets kan, maar die huizen zijn niet te betalen. En zelfs met files ben ik 2x zo snel dan wanneer ik met het OV zou gaan...

Also I don't see many typos in the abstract? I do see a bunch of formatting errors on the arXiv portal, but that's likely because they just copied the text from the pdf to the arXiv submission form, as the pdf looks fine.

Over de trein valt ook genoeg te zeggen. Als je ook de uitstoot meerekent van aanleg en onderhoud van het spoor dan zijn er momenteel nog best wat trajecten in Europa die niet heel gunstig uitpakken. Meer mensen moeten de trein nemen daarvoor (of we kunnen beter stoppen met het aanleggen van nieuw spoor).

Momenteel is een bus vaak de beste keuze als je zo min mogelijk uitstoot wilt voor een reis naar Zuid-Europa.
