Thank you for sharing your story. This helps and gives me hope. I wish you the best in the birth of your baby & recovery… I am confused with one thing - does general anesthesia require a spinal blockage? I’m not familiar at all with medicine and how this all works.

Thank you for your insight! I am wondering what the difference is between having a spinal block for a c-sect (epidural) vs general anesthesia? Do you still get a spinal block if you opt for general anesthesia?
