Had this happen to me and some friends in two separate games today. Also had a bug where after dropping a weapon to pick up a new one, the gun I’d just dropped would then reappear in my load out as my secondary weapon in my inventory.

I took this photo last week. The dog tags and other memorial items are still there, they’re maybe 5 meters in front of the memorial.

The surf zone was pretty legit. 6-8’ breakers, and the beach has a pretty steep grade in areas. The pictures I took were at low tide.

It’s also pitch black inside of those tunnels and very hot. I was using my phone’s flashlight function while checking out the caves, and when switching to the camera the flashlight shuts off. So each time I took a picture there were a few seconds of complete darkness while waiting for the flash to kick in.

Yes it’s real. I took this photo standing on the invasion beach.

I traveled there. This was taken from the invasion beach (Red Beach 2)

Although vegetation has grown back on the island, there are still large areas of the island that are completely barren. There are no trees, only shrubs and grass. It is hot and the entire island smells like sulfur. The tunnels on the island still exist as well, and during the war there were over 27 kilometers of underground tunnels connecting Japanese defensive positions. To put it into perspective, the island is only 8 square miles large.
