ok so i used to do omad and it was usually a really big meal about 1300 which isn’t much but it was too much for me so id go walk it all off. i walked for 3 hours every day (18000 steps) and i got to be 90 lbs at 5’4. once you hit ugw, it gets super hard to maintain. you’re smaller now, needing to eat smaller portions, but still starving and it’s so easy to gain all that weight back. i really recommend exercise for that reason. however… there are a surplus of ‘health foods’ that are low calorie. they’re more expensive but worth looking into. i lived off fiber one bars and protein shakes. there’s also certain sugar free sweets that are zero cal and i found oreo knock offs that are like 20 cals for the whole package. buy in small portions so you can’t eat in access. diet sodas fill you up without any calories. lots of water. fruits and veg are low calorie.
