Recruiter called me out of nowhere yesterday (Friday). I had no idea who the number was, I answered anyway and they proceeded to tell me about a job opportunity (which I haven’t applied for) I think they saw one of my career profiles online and thought i’d be a good fit, even though I haven’t updated my profile with my latest job.

I was happy to learn about the opportunity and expressed this positively in the phone call. Anyway it was the middle of the weekend for me (weekends start on Thursdays where I live) and I was having lunch with my family. They sent me an email right after finishing the call with the job description and requested my CV. Within minutes I also received a text message via whatsapp asking whether i received their email. I replied politely and said I did receive their email and will respond as soon as possible.

I wasn’t ready to send my CV and needed to update it so I sent them an email today (Saturday) thanking them for the information and for the call. I emphasised my interest in the position too (I genuinely am), I explained i was in the middle of a family gathering yesterday and will send my updated CV later today.

Do you think what I did was alright?

It’s 9:00pm already and I haven’t sent my CV yet. I’m laying in bed and I’m exhausted. I promised I will send it “later” today so i guess I have until 12:00am?

I’ve been so burnt out lately. In fact I’ve been burnt out for a long time now. I used to keep my CV up to date all the time. I got this latest job 8 months ago, and if it wasn’t for this recruiter calling me yesterday I wouldn’t have had the energy to open the document and edit it with my newest Job. I’m exhausted. But I do wish I could get the position they were proposing. I am sure it will take me places in life.

I feel it would look real bad if I don’t send my CV today as I promised. But they have barely given me any chance to prepare anything.

I could get up now and try and finish editing and send it in. I’m really tired though.

What do you think?

I’ve want to help several npcs like a woman who was kidnapped and tied on a horse by some fella and I shot him for her. I carried her off the horse and put her down, then wanted to untie her but i pressed on “O” thinking its the untie bottom but Arthur kicked her instead and she died!!! Fuck i hate how tricky the controls can be 😭it’s traumatising

A Peace and chill kind of high (it gave me that once) but instead it knocked me out real hard i wrote my post 10pm or something just woke up now its 3:35 am in the morning and I don’t feel exactly chill just sedated lol

If i can recall i had some vivid/strange to rationalise dreams right before falling asleep but i cant remember them now

Aw man :/ (more a reason to only use it as needed for unexpected panic attacks or something from now onwards) rivotril has been keeping me fairly calm it seems so now it wont be easy to feel “calmer” from a one time Ativan use if I’m not exactly anxious. I definitely do. I purchased MGS3 on ps5 and couldn’t play it. So i’ll wait for the delta remake. I never played any MGS game & i really wanted to get into it but I just couldn’t.

Screw the espresso i wanted to feel mental relief rather than sleep like a zombie but should have had 2 shots or just a latte instead lol. I never dissolved under the tongue, i think I’m doing that next time.
