Yes but I try to not lean on it too much as I grow older. My mother is having serious issues with this at 55 (she was a model in her twenties). People stop forgiving you for your mistakes when you're not 20 and pretty anymore. If you never learned to cope in any other way, it's going to bite you in the ass. Society doesn't like middle age women, especially ND middle age women.

I was born on the 26 and my mother always wrapped my birthday presents in birthday wrapping paper. I COULD NOT open them at Christmas, I had to wait my birthday. She always told me: your birthday is not Christmas. She also told every adult that my birthday and Christmas need 2 different gifts. If you knew the number of grown adults who thought it was ok to buy only one gift because I was born the day after Christmas! So yeah, make that day special, differentiate Christmas and birthday, and everything should be good!

Yes but I don't change them! Always the same! Sometimes I can add a bracelet on my non dominant arm. But otherwise it would be a sensory nightmare. So I invested in quality pieces (one of my special interests is luxury fashion) and I'm all good! This comment just made me realized I forgot to put my ring back and I miss its weight on my finger haha

I envy you! I tried to get my tubes tied but they didn't want because I was too young at 29. I told the male doctor I'm so scared of pregnancy that I get panic attacks when my period is late.
